Our preferred style of floral design combines the best of the season, with an emphasis on unique colour palettes and textures, all while creating a timeless, romantic atmosphere. The success of our studio has been from the enthusiasm for designs that celebrate nature and a free, flowing shape. We love when each bloom can have it's moment!

A detailed pre-booking questionnaire is sent to you for completion. The details collected from this help us determine if our values align and confirm if we would be the best option for you. From there, you can request our pricing guide or a consultation so that we can put together a personalized estimate for your review

Tell us about your wedding by completing our online inquiry form. We will look over the details, confirm our availability, and send you our pre-booking questionnaire to get to know you better

estimate review

You've now had a chance to review the first draft of your estimate and it's time to fine-tune some of the details. This will get the estimate to a place where you are happy + comfortable to move forward with booking our services. An optional follow up meeting is available to discuss any details and changes

booking + retainer

Once you approve your estimate, we'll make it official by having you sign a service agreement and pay a booking retainer. We then lock in your date on our wedding calendar

visual flower proposal

At some point between booking services and our final details meeting, a customized visual flower proposal will be created for you. This multi-page document is your guide to understanding what's been outlined in your numerical estimate, with images of flower varieties and design inspiration, that we will draw from when creating your actual wedding flowers

final details

A virtual or in-person final details meeting will take place about 45-60 days prior to your wedding date. This meeting is a time for us to review everything on order, make any adjustments, and provide you with an updated invoice balance

Our dedicated team will arrive on site and get to work on executing every detail with utmost care. All of our weddings are full service, meaning we handle the delivery, set up, ceremony to reception transfers, and return for late-night breakdown and pick up of all of the rentals

How far in advance should I inquire about your services for my wedding?

Our full service wedding minimum is $7,500 before HST. Commonly, our clients spend between $10K - $15K (or an average of $100 per guest) to achieve the style and likeness we are known for. This average includes the cost of your wedding florals, small rentals, like candles, and the labour to produce, deliver, set up, transfers, and breakdown

We consider requests for elopements and micro weddings, as well as other celebrations like baby and bridal showers, corporate parties, birthdays, and anniversaries. It is dependent upon our availability. You may inquire as early as three months prior to the event date

Our studio is based in Guelph, Ontario. We service Southern Ontario, with a focus on Elora, Caledon, Cambridge, Hamilton, Burlington, and Niagara-on-the-Lake regions

We typically book our weddings 6-12 months prior to the wedding date. We limit the number of weddings we take on each year to ensure the quality of service remains high for all of our clients, as well as gives us time to keep a healthy work / life balance, rejuvenate our creativity, and work on other projects

I'm a wedding planner - what's the best way to work with you?

We LOVE working with wedding planners! Ideally, if you think we would be the best fit for your client, please reach out via email directly with your request for an estimate. We prefer to have a good understanding of the design and client's wishes so that we can ensure we are a great fit too! We don't want to be just a number on a list - relationships are important! Providing as much detail as possible is always best, so please include a mood board, floor plan, and quantities with your email. We will review, confirm availability, and get you a numerical estimate as soon as possible to discuss with your clients
